True to it's name, HORRORHOUND sniffs out, shags down and retrieves just about everything you could think of that's happening right now out there in monsterland. From toys to comic books to movies and everything in between HORRORHOUND has got you covered, all in glorious full color.

HORRORHOUND's thematic premise appears to be pretty simple -- give the reader a bombardment of monster shock 'n awe that leaves 'em all slavering for the next issue. And they do it all with a gleeful panache.

Higlights of the issue are a guide to collecting Paragon VHS video tapes, a really cool "Ultimate Blu-ray Buyer's Guide", a 30th anniversary retrospective of Lucio Fulci's THE GATES OF HELL, a.k.a. CITY OF THE LIVING DEAD, and an article on a great new line of masks that I will be talking about in a later MONSTER MAGAZINE WORLD post.

All-in-all a solid magazine -- well designed, lurid enough but not loathsomely gross, and competently written by obvious fans, I believe you won't be barking up the wrong tree if you grab this issue of HORRORHOUND.
